Zelpac IT & Printer Cartridges will gladly refund or exchange any purchases within 3 working days from the date of receipt, provided that proof of purchase is presented, and that the item has not been used or installed and is returned in its original packaging. However in the event of Zelpac IT & Printer Cartridges supplying an order where the product is not usually stocked by Zelpac I.T & Printer Cartridges then Zelpac I.T & Printer Cartridges will not be obliged to have to do an exchange or refund if so requested.  

Regrettably we cannot refund or exchange any software that has been installed or where the package has been opened, nor will we exchange ink cartridges under any circumstances.

Should you wish to arrange a return or refund please contact the relevant outlet during business hours (Monday - Friday, 08h00 to 17h00)

In the event of multiple orders on limited stock we would be obliged to process the orders on a first come first serve basis based on the forwarded proof of payment. In the event of us not being able to complete an order we would contact you to advise and if required refund in full.
